Description

  • The warning is still displayed even after washer fluid is added.
  • The warning is not displayed even though the washer tank is empty.

Diagnosis Procedure

1.CHECK WASHER FLUID LEVEL SWITCH

Perform a unit check for the washer fluid level switch. Refer to MWI "Component Inspection".

Is the inspection result normal?

YES >> GO TO 2

NO >> Replace washer fluid level switch. Refer to WW "Exploded View".

2.CHECK WASHER FLUID LEVEL SWITCH SIGNAL CIRCUIT

Check the washer fluid level switch signal circuit. Refer to MWI "Diagnosis Procedure".

Is the inspection result normal?

YES >> Replace combination meter. Refer to MWI "Removal and Installation".

NO >> Repair or replace harness or connector.
