Nissan Versa (N17): Steering column covers

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

  1. Remove instrument lower panel LH. Refer to IP "Removal and Installation".
  2. Remove lower knee protector (LH) bolts and lower knee protector (LH). Refer to IP "Exploded View".
  3. Remove steering column covers.

a. Remove steering column cover screws (A).

b. Tilt the steering column to the lowest position.

c. Pull steering column upper cover (1) upward to disengage steering column upper cover pawls.

d. Remove steering column upper cover.

e. Pull steering column lower cover (2) downward to remove.

REMOVAL

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
