Diagnosis Procedure
1.CHECK TCM POWER CIRCUIT (PART 1)
Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect TCM connector.
Check voltage between TCM harness connector terminals and ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 2.
